The AFE 46-60057 Turbine Elbow Replacement for your 03-07 Dodge 5 9L Cummins is designed to replace the factory turbine elbow on your truck. Constructed of durable ductile iron, this elbow will mount to either the OE stock, or aFe BladeRunner turbo (P/N: 46-60050) without any modification.

The BD-Power T4-T3 Adapter Flange 1044106 provides an inexpensive alternative to replacing your exhaust manifold. With T4 sized turbine housings, there is no performance advantage to changing the exhaust manifold to match. So, why go through the expense?
