This kit uses the Raybestos GPZ frictions. The Iron pac kits contain the clutches and steels, with required pistons and pressure plates to stack the clutch pacs to the max! SunCoast engineered this kit and we manufacture many key components that make it possible to hold the torque that your PowerStroke is putting to the ground. We have assembled the best parts available for your 5R110W transmission and put it in a kit form to enable our dealers to build a dependable unit. Iron pac 3R kit contains 5 GPZ overdrive clutches with Kolene steels, 2 pressure plates and piston for Overdrive section. 5 GPZ Intermediate clutches with Kolene steels and a pressure plate. Has 5 GPZ forward clutches and Kolene steels, pressure plate and snap ring to set proper clearance. Due to Fords 1 design plates and the 2 design plates we had to include both sets for the forward clutch packs. The 1 design will be the standard Stage 1 frictions material and the 2 design is the GPZ design material. Upgraded to 6 GPZ frictions for direct, 6 Kolene steels 2 pressure plates, snap ring and piston. 6 low and reverse clutches and 6 Kolene steels. This kit does not include hydraulic upgrades or gaskets.
