RCD Heavy Duty 6.0L Powerstroke Taper Wall Wrist Pins

Introducing the heavy duty taper wall wrist pins. These parts are built to withstand truck pulling, drag racing, n2o, or methanol injection. Studies have found most 6.0 Powerstroke connecting rod/piston failures come from the egg-shaping or ovaling of the wrist pin under extreme/racing pressure. The ovaling then essentially pries the piston or connecting rod apart causing catastrophic engine failure. They are made from H-13 tool steel as opposed to 4140. This material upgrade in itself is a huge jump in strength alone. Add the fact that these pins are redesigned with a gusset ( Taper Wall ) to strengthen the pin. Add a set of Billet 300M connecting rods for a bottom end that gives you the confidence you wont be going home on the trailer due to engine failure!
